Dover Chemical offers a chlorinated fatty ester and a chlorinated fatty acid which can be used in place of chlorinated paraffins when additional wetting and lubricity properties are desired in metal working applications. They can also be used as substitutes for chlorinated paraffins in lower temperature plasticizing applications.
